Two of the outstanding amenities besides the pristine ocean; are the pool and associated cabana units. The pool is a perfect alternative to the beach on a windy day as its surrounded by wind breaks an all sides. In the pool area there are changing rooms and other facilities. The pool is heated to an average 83 degrees each day that it is open.
The Belmont is very child friendly, however we know that the adults want their time to relax and do their exercising, so we have established a morning period that only adults are allowed to swim.
If you are lucky enough to have a Condominium here at the Belmont, there is the possibility of owning one of the Cabana Units. This is not available to all residents, as there are a limited amount. Typically when people think of a Cabana, you picture a small cloth covered folding unit that people can rent at one of the beautiful public beaches. This is not what a Cabana Unit at the Belmont is! If you own a Cabana here, you actually own real estate. These are small and private rooms, some with full plumbing, all with electricity. Some owners have remodeled their Cabana Units and have beautiful kitchens, baths and lounging areas.
